Project Brief
An innovation in recording automotive exhaust notes had lead the customer to branch out to becoming a YouTube channel, and everywhere else since then. I was asked to come up with a logo and not given any direction.
The Challenge
In discussion with the client, I was provided with minimal direction. I assumed that with the type of cars and clean editing that was on display, I could get by a a clean design that had to look a little “fast”.
The Solution
The solution tot his project was ultimately finding a way to join the ascenders and descenders of the type to have them form two straight pipes, as the name implies. A rework of the A was needed, and slight other adjustments until I was satisfied.
